What You’ll Do

• Analyze the behavior of customers with short-, medium-, and long-term delinquencies to identify opportunities for improvement;
• Create and refine data-driven collections policies to reduce risk and increase recovery;
• Use SQL and Python to extract insights and generate strategic reports;
• Explain to the business and sales teams why analytical strategies work and demonstrate the value of the solutions;
• Work closely with the Data Science and Operations teams.

We’re looking for

• Previous experience with data analysis focused on collections or credit risk;
• Proficiency in SQL, Big Query, and Python;
• Ability to translate numbers into actions that solve customer problems;
• Ability to explain complex results in a simple way to different teams;
