Identify new business opportunities to increase vessel utilization and company revenue.
Prepare commercial quotations, proposals, and pricing in accordance with company policies.
Assist in negotiating commercial terms, charter rates, and service agreements with clients.
Administer and monitor contracts to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and company requirements.
Coordinate closely with Operations & Technical, Account & Finance, and Marine Assurance departments to ensure smooth execution of commercial commitments.
Monitor vessel availability, market trends, charter rates, and competitor activities to support commercial decision-making.
Support contract renewals, amendments, and variation orders as required.
