- Daily responsibility for management of Trade Lane(s)
- Optimisation of trade lane(s) and fleet capacity utilsation
- Customer and industry relationship building with existing as well as potential counterparts
- Concluding a variety of long and short term freight agreements within the global breakbulk and bulk markets
- Assist with preparation of business plans, budget, projections and presentation material
- Support and coordinate with other departments and regional offices with commercial activity
- Maintain relevant strategic data base and internal reporting systems
