An outstanding opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Commercial Manager to join a leading main contractor delivering one of Bristol's largest and most exciting commercial redevelopment projects.

Our client has secured a £74m city centre refurbishment and office fit-out scheme, transforming an existing office complex into a high-quality, sustainable workplace. This is a flagship project that will require a commercially astute leader to oversee all commercial activities from pre-construction through to final account.

The Role
