Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and organizational policies in line with company requirements and buyer compliance standards.

Coordinate, prepare, and support all certification and audit processes, including SA8000, BSCI, BEPI, FSC, OEKO-TEX, STEP, GOTS, GRS, OCS, RCS, SMETA/SEDEX, SCAN, and WRAP.

Establish, update, and manage a comprehensive compliance database covering all compliance activities, documentation, audit findings, and corrective actions.
