• Lead Product safety compliance & performance certification from concept to production with cross region team. Define product compliance plan to ensure different region regulation conformity. • Review product designs to prevent and resolve non-compliances and incompatibilities. Plan, coordinate, execute or support both internal and external Lab compliance testing. • Support continuing compliance activities both before and after product certification, lead to define suitable certification process for incubation project. • Monitor relevant standards defining power conversion & new electrical distribution systems in China and around the world and maintain and disseminate the knowledge to the rest of the engineering organization. • Influence the development of international/China new electrical distribution system standards by providing technical input at meetings and joining associations, committees, and working groups. • Mentor junior technical engineers. 资格 Qualifications: • Bachelor's...
