Position Overview

            Partner with Project Managers and site teams to validate costs, approvals, and supporting documentation 
Review and process construction invoices, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal controls 
Monitor project budgets through change orders, cost transfers, settlements, and ongoing cost tracking 
Coordinate monthly progress draw submissions and supporting documentation 
Collaborate with project teams, consultants, and lenders to facilitate timely funding and approvals 
Participate in progress draw and cheque release meetings to support project cash flow and execution 
Support month-end reporting, reconciliations, and financial analysis for active construction projects 
Analyze project costs, trends, and variances to support forecasting and decision-making
