Responsibilities
Interact with the client’s management team
Take charge of the day‑to‑day execution of the mandated projects and take ownership of the deliverables
Manage junior team members by giving them guidance or mentorship
Participate in hiring new promising candidates, identifying prospective clients and preparing pitch, etc.
Profile of Ideal Candidate
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
Minimum 4-6years of strategic consulting experience in a reputed strategy consulting company with a proven track record
