Candidates must have strategic consulting experience in a reputed company, preferably within consumer goods, FMCG, retail, healthcare, pharma and life sciences sectors
Responsibilities would include:
Interact with the client's management team
Take charge of the day-to-day execution of the mandated projects and take ownership of the deliverables
Manage junior team members by giving them guidance or mentorship
Participate in hiring new promising candidates, identifying prospective clients and preparing pitch, etc.
Profile of ideal candidate:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline
Minimum 4-6 years of strategic consulting experience in a reputed strategy consulting company with a proven track record
