Responsibilities would include:

• Interact with the client’s management team
• Take charge of the day-to-day execution of the mandated projects and take ownership of the deliverables
• Manage junior team members by giving them guidance or mentorship
• Participate in hiring new promising candidates, identifying prospective clients and preparing pitch, etc.

Profile of ideal candidate:  

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• Minimum 4-6 years of strategic consulting experience in a reputed strategy consulting company with a proven track record
