Supervision of technology governance, IT security and regulatory compliance.
Cost optimisation and sourcing
Review of technology OPEX and operational efficiency analysis.
Optimisation of contracts, licences and sourcing models.
Assessment of the TCO of key initiatives, especially in cloud environments.
