Role & Responsibilities:

• Letting & vetting of sub-contractor packages
• Liaise with suppliers and sub-contractors and stakeholders
• Negotiate agreements striving for win win outcomes
• Tracking of project expenditure against budget
• Responsible for progress claims, project cash flow & forecasting

Your Background: 

• Must have 5+ years experience with a commercial/apartment builder as a Contract Administrator
• Main Contractor experience is a must
