Involve in Leadership & Team Management to lead, mentor, and develop the contracts team to achieve departmental and project goals.
Allocate resources effectively and ensure high performance across contract administration and tendering functions.
Involve in Contract management including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers, and ensuring compliance with contractual terms and conditions.
Draft, review, and manage contractual letters and agreements and maintain accurate records and document register.
Collaborate with project teams to resolve contractual issues.
Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company standards.
Identify and mitigate contractual risks while safeguarding the firms interests.
Manage claims, variations, and dispute resolution processes.
Involve in Tendering & Business Development by directing the preparation, review, and submission of tenders for new projects.
