Review tender documents, contracts, confidentiality agreements or the like assigned by Manager to ensure that the Company's interests and requirements are addressed and met.
Provide contract summaries and identify key contract clauses and ensure that they are highlighted to project team in event of award & vendors in event of subcontracting.
Ensure contract documents are approved by internal stakeholders and signed by authorised person(s) of the Company.
Liaise with customers on submission of contractual documents.
Post-Award Contract Management
Assist in procurement of the on-going projects pertaining to vendors’ responses to the Company’s terms and conditions.
Assist with issuance of bank guarantees / other type of guarantee letters.
