About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Contracts Manager to join our Housing Repairs and Maintenance team at Bristol City Council. This role is an exciting opportunity to lead the procurement of external repair contracts, implement them successfully within our service, and manage them to deliver safe, secure homes for residents.

Our service is responsible for maintaining 27,500 homes for residents and leaseholders, delivering reactive and planned maintenance on an annual budget exceeding £100m. We are dedicated to providing high‑quality repairs while ensuring value for money and positive outcomes for the community.
