Position Overview

            Minimum requirements: 
  LLB degree, and Admitted Attorney of the High Court of South Africa 
Admitted Conveyancer and Notary 
At least 5 years' post-admittance experience 
Proven experience managing a team of conveyancing paralegals and administrative staff 
Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume conveyancing transactions 
Established professional network and existing client base within the property industry 
Experience in business development and marketing of legal service 
Manage and oversee all aspects of property transfers, sectional title transactions, developments, and related conveyancing matters 
Ensure compliance with all legislative, regulatory, and professional requirements 
Provide legal advice and guidance to clients, property practitioners, developers, financial institutions, and other stakeholders
