Your Opportunity:

Foothills Medical Centre is seeking a Senior Flow Coordinator to support safe, efficient, and effective patient flow. Acting as a key operational leader, this role provides real time clinical and system oversight, supports decision making during periods of high demand, and fosters collaboration across interdisciplinary teams. Reporting to site leadership, the Senior Flow Coordinator works collaboratively with senior leadership, site leadership, clinical teams, admitting, RAAPID, and regional hospital partners to optimize patient movement, access, and capacity management. This leadership role is integral to ensuring timely access to care, effective system coordination, and alignment with zone and provincial patient flow priorities. This position works primarily hour weekdays, hour weekends.
