About The Role

The Senior Coordinator, Strategic Risk Selection, acts as the single, dedicated point of contact for a portfolio of HUB Financial wealth-management advisors, providing high-end, end-to-end case management support for files submitted to the Strategic Risk Selection division. Working within a specialized, personalized service model, this role manages the full lifecycle of a risk-selection file — from intake and file creation, to requirement setup and tracking, through to a careful handoff to the appropriate team member after submission to the insurer.

This is a foundational role within a newly established, fast-growing unit. Candidates who show genuine curiosity about the technical side of life-insurance risk selection — risk classification, medical/financial evidence, and case strategy — will find real opportunities to expand their scope over time.
