Jobtailor is seeking a seasoned professional to act as the lead subject matter expert for Everyday Banking systems used to deliver customer products. You will partner with product and technology teams to craft clear business and technical requirements and help steer initiatives.

You will also support enterprise incident management and hyper care processes to identify root causes, and continuously assess customer and colleague needs against available technology capabilities to drive improvements.
