As a Corporate Lead Specialist, a key part of your role will be ensuring that the voice of residents is embedded in the councils decision-making processes. You will lead consultation and engagement activity, advising on when and how we consult, and providing clear advice to both technical and non-technical audiences. Gathering views from a range of stakeholders, you will interpret findings, to provide balanced and impartial feedback to help inform decision-making. You will support officers, members and partners to choose the right research methods, helping to build a consistent and confident approach to consultation across the organisation through training and guidance.
