**POSITION SUMMARY:** The Sr Corporate Counsel - Risk & Safety is responsible for managing and providing legal advice regarding a wide range of claims, litigation, investigations, and other risk management, safety, and related insurance matters. The incumbent will provide legal services and play a critical role supporting the Company’s operations in the environmental services industry throughout the United States and Canada.

**PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:**

+ Provides legal and professional support to the organization related to risk management, safety, and related insurance matters.
+ Partners with Risk Department and provides legal support related to incident investigation, insurance, loss/exposure, policies and procedures, training, and other matters.
