Minimum Requirement: This role is within the Central function functional infrastructure rather than actually delivering in a project. Implement appropriate procedures, processes and systems to ensure the quality and consistency of data. Provide expert cost engineering support across the organisation, acting as a centre of excellence for cost forecasting, analysis, trend identification and cost performance insight. Drive the development and embedding of cost management processes, tools and guidance, contributing to continuous improvement and increased maturity of cost engineering capability.
