Position Overview

About 
ADI is seeking a Compliance Program Manager within Ethics, Compliance and Enterprise Risk to support the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of ADI’s global compliance programs. This role will report to senior compliance leadership and partner closely with global, cross‑functional teams across Legal, Finance, HR, IT, and Operations. This role will be based in BGC, Philippines.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Compliance Program Operations
Support the execution and ongoing enhancement of ADI’s global compliance programs, aligned with the enterprise compliance risk assessment and ISO 37301 best practices.
Coordinate risk‑based compliance activities, including program plans, metrics, and documentation.
