The Senior Counsel – Labor and Employment (L&E) provides strategic legal counsel on matters of significant organizational impact. The Senior Counsel – L&E is responsible for representing Humana entities in complex employment-related litigation. This includes administrative charges and lawsuits involving discrimination, harassment, wage and hour, non-compete, and other L&E issues.

In performing these tasks, the Senior Counsel – L&E independently drives decisions and sets legal strategies aligned with Humana's long-term vision and enterprise objectives. The role requires working under minimal supervision, exercising independent judgment, and translating strategic goals into actions.
