Waythrough is seeking a dedicated Lead Counsellor to join their alcohol and nonopiate support service in Sutton-on-Sea, England. In this role, you will provide clinical leadership, ensuring safe and effective therapeutic delivery across services. You will recruit and supervise trainees while overseeing the therapeutic pathway from assessment through to intervention.

The ideal candidate will possess a PGDip in counselling and significant experience in substance use or mental health services. This role requires excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to client-centred care.
