• Act as a key architect of Cardif’s global IT sourcing strategy, in close coordination with Cardif Head Office ensuring consistency, scalability and risk control.
• Contribute, structure and execute Cardif’s multi‑regional IT shoring and sourcing in alignment with Group Strategy ensuring the adequate IT workforce design and implementation.
• Design, implement and manage sustainable sourcing models to accelerate nearshore and offshore capabilities embedded in Cardif´s operating strategy.
