Position Overview

Responsibilities
  • Design, maintain, and iterate on platform content policies and community guidelines
  • Define moderation standards for crypto‑specific risks including scams, market manipulation, and misinformation
  • Oversee day‑to‑day moderation operations, including internal teams and outsourced vendors
  • Partner with Product and Engineering to improve AI moderation tools and reporting systems
  • Monitor emerging threats and lead incident response for high‑severity content violations
  • Work with Legal and Compliance teams to align governance with global regulatory requirements
  • Define and track governance KPIs such as moderation accuracy and ecosystem health trends
Requirements
  • 5–8+ years in trust & safety, content moderation, or platform governance at a major social platform
  • Deep understanding of crypto, blockchain, and Web3 ecosystems
