Job Purpose

To assist Disbursement Managers in performing loan administration duties including disbursement, collection, loan data maintenance and reporting functions.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily bank balance checking to identify any incoming payments/proceeds.
• Support disbursement managers in post-approval loan administration by processing disbursement requests, repayments or refunds from customers within the stipulated timeframe.
• Sort, calculate and compile submitted documents for financing disbursement and draft a summary of financing amount based on standard format.
• Screen and track disbursement documents submission to avoid duplication before processing.
• Calculate portion of repayment and refund of each proceeds/payments received according to terms in the Letter of Offer issued to customers.
