Job Location/Work Mode: Remote, US Compensation: $130K - $160K/Year plus Bonus

This role is responsible for supporting the design and implementation of credit card products, including onboarding, account management, customer experience, and product requirements, ensuring alignment across business, technology, and operations.

Responsibilities

Support development of credit card product features and lifecycle design

Manage onboarding and account management frameworks

Review and maintain Product Requirement Documents (PRDs)

Bring SME in Credit Product launch and enablement – legal and compliance as well

Assist the execution team around prioritization and feature/product level controls and guardrails

Define backend data requirements, including data capture, storage, and usage

Establish customer communication flows (notifications, servicing, alerts)
