The role helps ensure campaigns run accurately and reliably, working closely with CRM, Creative, Ecommerce and Insights teams to deliver customer-focused activity and identify opportunities to improve performance, templates and processes. What we are looking for

Minimum 2 years’ CRM experience, ideally within fashion or retail.

Experience using an ESP, CRM system or CDP; Bloomreach, Ometria, Klaviyo or Braze experience is advantageous.

Strong organisation, communication, copywriting and prioritisation skills.

Commercially aware, analytical, proactive and flexible.

Confident using Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint....
