understand the new generation in Hong Kong in terms of their entertainment preference, social media habit, as well as other relevant market trends / initiatives targeting this segment
support the planning and delivery of new strategic initiatives for new generation customers, from concept development to testing and feasibility study, follow by implementation into daily operation
liaise and coordinate with external consultant for research delivery
assist in the preparation of research reports and strategic papers for senior management
provide support in coordinating with different departments to ensure the overall project timeline is achieved
