Position Overview

Key Tasks
  • Prepare and maintain price lists for day-to-day customer enquiries to support quotation activities
  • Handle incoming customer enquiries, prepare quotations, and follow up on proposals to secure orders
  • Review customer PO, contract and convert to sales order for internal process, ensure timely confirmation of customer orders
  • Provide comprehensive pre‑ and post‑sales customer support to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction
  • Support sales team by gathering customer and market information related to product requirements and opportunities
  • Actively promote the Company’s products and services to customers to support sales growth
  • Analyze order win rates and collaborate with the sales team to improve costing and pricing strategies
