Position Overview

            Responsibilities Prepare and maintain price lists for day-to-day customer enquiries to support quotation activities 
Handle incoming customer enquiries, prepare quotations, and follow up on proposals to secure orders 
Review customer PO, contract and convert to sales order for internal process, ensure timely confirmation of customer orders 
Provide comprehensive pre- and post-sales customer support to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction 
Support sales team by gathering customer and market information related to product requirements and opportunities 
Actively promote the Company’s products and services to customers to support sales growth 
Analyze order win rates and collaborate with the sales team to improve costing and pricing strategies 
Coordinate with Engineering, Production, and Supply Chain teams to ensure technical and commercial requirements are met
