Position Overview
What will you do?
β’ Embed a strong quality culture by championing continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma) across distribution and logistics operations for Service Supply Chain locations
β’ Conduct process audits, risk assessments, and root cause analyses to identify gaps and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
β’ Partner closely with manufacturing, sourcing, transportation, and warehouse operations to resolve quality issues impacting customer delivery and service levels
β’ Lead quality performance management across distribution sites, including KPI tracking, trend analysis, and reporting (MRB & NSS)
β’ Own and improve quality processes for rework, returns, kitting, and value-added services
β’ Drive supplier and internal quality issue resolution, ensuring timely containment, corrective actions, and long-term prevention
