Senior Customer Service Representative

Key Responsibilities Act as a primary point of contact for both internal and external customers. Manage the full customer service lifecycle, from initial inquiry to order fulfillment. Handle customer requests, process orders, and prepare quotations with high accuracy. Maintain and update customer records in CRM and ERP systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (logistics, sales, finance, etc.) to ensure seamless service delivery. Monitor order status, track shipments, and resolve any issues proactively.
