In this role you advance and strengthen IFF’s global trade activities across EMEA by shaping customs and trade compliance strategies and driving efficient, compliant operations. You will partner with Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, Regulatory, Finance, and Commercial teams, plus external brokers and authorities, to mitigate risk and enable sustainable growth. You’ll lead program improvements, optimize processes, and identify duty-saving opportunities while delivering expert guidance and training. This role blends operational execution with strategic compliance initiatives to support regional business objectives.
