As a Senior CX Designer, you’ll play a key role in shaping innovative, human‑centred experiences that reflect Kiwibank’s purpose and brand. Working in a cross‑functional team, you’ll lead the design and continuous improvement of propositions, services, and cross‑channel journeys—right from discovery through to delivery and in‑life optimisation. You'll champion customer‑centric thinking, run co‑design sessions and design sprints, and mentor others to build CX capability across the organisation.
