Senior level Data Architect/Analyst with demonstrated problem‑solving expertise in designing, analyzing, and supporting both OLTP and OLAP systems. You will deliver strategic consulting, design, advisory services, market research, and contact center analytics to improve outcomes and value for our clients.

• Own outcomes end‑to‑end and manage your own technical work when no formal PM is assigned.
