Position Overview

Responsibilities
  • Lead cooling‑related incident investigations and root‑cause analysis.
  • Manage chilled water plants, CRAH, CRAC units, in‑row cooling, CDUs, rear‑door heat exchangers, direct‑to‑chip liquid cooling, and immersion cooling systems.
  • Support performance optimization across PUE, WUE, airflow management, and cooling capacity utilization.
  • Review MOPs, cooling design changes, commissioning tests, and failure‑mode simulations.
  • Collaborate closely with OEMs, FM contractors, vendors, and hyperscale enterprise tenants.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Engineering, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in mission‑critical environments, including at least 5 years in large‑scale data center operations.
  • Hands‑on experience with direct‑to‑chip liquid cooling deployments.
