The Data Engineer is responsible for implementing solutions to ever-changing data needs, covering various data/database platforms and tools. This role ensures best practices are implemented to ensure systems are highly available, secure, optimal and scalable. We are looking for someone who has a very strong SQL Server background (Microsoft SQL Server, Azure SQL, SQL Managed Instances, PSQL), who has been working in the role of DBA or SQL Developer, and who is looking to advance their career and grow with us in the field of database administration and data engineering in the near future. The varied Data Engineer role will ensure that no day will be the same and there will always be exciting projects to work on – from T‑SQL performance tuning or troubleshooting to building data pipelines, migrating environments, designing solutions or improving monitoring.
