What You Will

• Guide and mentor two cross‑functional teams (Data Engineering & Data Ops), fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous growth.
• Take direct ownership of our data platform roadmap, transitioning toward a robust Data Lakehouse approach and a self‑service data model.
• Work closely with Architects, Data Governance, and Product Management to design scalable systems and coordinate critical Proofs of Concept.
• Enhance and maintain high‑performance batch ingestion and validation pipelines using the Medallion architecture principles.
