Role: Data Manager- PM/BSA Duration: 12 months Hybrid: 4 days a week Lead data issue investigations, identify root causes, and implement effective remediation plans. Own data issue management for portfolio inclusive of stakeholder communications and escalations. Monitor service performance, define targets, analyze trends, and drive corrective actions. Manage relationships with delivery teams and partners, hold regular service delivery reviews. Ensure operational documentation and training materials remain current and accessible.
