Batch Monitoring & Incident Management
Monitor automated batch job streams in an enterprise job scheduler (e.g., CA Autosys or similar), maintaining heightened sensitivity to all alerts, delays, and abnormal conditions. Own the processing cycle during assigned shifts, ensuring jobs start, run, and complete within defined SLAs and market timelines. Proactively identify, investigate, and drive resolution of job failures, abends, transmission issues, and connectivity-related problems.
