About the Role

Software Finder is a hyper‑growth enterprise, and our Data Strategy & Analytics (DSA) engine is scaling rapidly. We are looking for a Senior Data Operations Specialist to act as the operational floor lead for our DSA Team. Your mission spans the full data lifecycle, from procurement and processing through to distribution and analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• ICP Research & Market Analysis: Actively research target customer profiles, identify total addressable market, and surface the best sources for data procurement and extraction.
• Data Lifecycle Management: Implement and continuously improve processes across procurement, processing, distribution, and analytics.
• Lead & Conversion Analytics: Analyze lead and conversion data to identify trends and inform team priorities.
