What you’ll do

Reporting to the Head of Data Science & ML Ops you will develop, implement, and optimize the end‑to‑end creation, development, and delivery of new, robust, and reusable analytical, AI & ML solutions and predictive models for WWNZ.

Own end‑to‑end outcome ownership and accountability for the full project lifecycle, including complex problem‑solving and independent experimentation and design with minimal oversight. This includes advanced model development, designing and implementing GenAI solutions, conducting ethical reviews and bias assessments, and contributing to explainable AI methods.

• Demonstrates experience in developing and optimizing algorithms, statistical (analytical and predictive) and machine learning models, and proficiency in programming languages and cloud technologies to deliver data solutions.
