Role Responsibilities
As a Senior Data Scientist, you'll help shape some of Western Union's most important growth and investment decisions by uncovering what truly drives customer growth, profitability, and long-term value. Partnering across Marketing, Product, Pricing, and Risk, you'll design experiments, build measurement frameworks, and apply causal analysis to influence business decisions and investment priorities.
Design and analyse A/B tests, holdouts, geo experiments, and other experimental frameworks to evaluate initiatives and establish causality.Build robust measurement approaches for marketing, product, pricing, and risk initiatives, including incrementality, ROAS, CAC, retention, conversion, and customer lifetime value.Apply statistical and causal inference techniques, including regression analysis, seasonality adjustment, interrupted time series, and causal impact frameworks, to determine business impact.Analyse custom...
