Position Overview
Lead delivery of banking technology programs and ensure alignment with business objectives and customer expectations. Manage project execution across planning, development, testing, deployment, and support phases. Ensure timely execution of deliverables while maintaining quality, compliance, and SLA commitments. Monitor delivery schedules, project health, team utilization, risks mitigation Participate in resource planning, hiring support, and mentoring junior team members Manage communication with clients and provide periodic delivery updates, metrics, and governance reports.
