Overall objectives

This role focused on measuring the effectiveness of value stream management and driving a continuous improvement culture to enhance efficiency and value delivery .

This role will be responsible for measuring the flow efficiency and service reliability at the value stream level. 

In addition this role will publish a State of Agile report that measures the adoption of faster value at both the value stream and associated team level providing advice and recommendations to drive a culture of continuous improvement.
