Hire Resolve’s client is a leading Architecture firm that is urgently seeking the expertise of a Senior Design Architect in Sandton, GP.
Responsibilities
- Knowledge and experience in design of complex commercial buildings
- To produce world class designs of complex commercial buildings
- Attend design meetings with clients and consultants
- To produce high quality sketch illustrations depicting client brief accurately
- To assist with graphic design work for presentation purposes (Adobe suite/ Affinity Suite)
- To assist with 3D visualisation of project proposals (Enscape/ 3d Max/ hand sketches/Lumion)
- Produce concept work and design presentations accurate for costing and documentation purposes
- To produce and co-ordinate council submission documentation, both SDP and Building Plans
- Must be willing to frequently travel Internationally
