Amazon's Worldwide Grocery Retail Growth & Development (WWRGD), Enterprise Design team is seeking a Senior Design Manager to own the end-to-end design function of the PERF (Project and Equipment Request Form) program across our entire grocery store fleet.

This is an exciting role for a design leader who can operate at the intersection of design quality and operational scale. You are the right person for this job if you are a creative problem solver with a passion for customers, strong program management instincts, and the ability to drive high-volume design work efficiently and consistently.
